Do you provide an office for your South Florida Agents?

No, this is how we are able to keep our overhead low and in turn offer more to our agents.


What kind of transactions can I do?

Residential, Lease, Land & Commercial


Do you provide training for your Agents?

No, we do not provide training at this time. However, you will have access to communicate with the Broker for compliance and transaction questions or concerns.


Do you have an Escrow Account?

No. we have elected not to maintain an Escrow Account. You will be instructed to have your clients make direct earnest money deposits with a Title Company or an Attorney.


Do you provide leads to your Agents?

We are associated with Opcity and Upnest and our Agents can sign up to receive third party leads directly. Broker may provide leads to Associates when available.


From where and how would I order my Business Cards and Signs?

You can order your business cards from our preferred vendor; RealtorPrint.com or from any company of choice. You can order your signs from any sign company of choice as well.


Do you charge a transaction fee to Clients/Agents?

No, we do not charge any kind of additional brokerage fees.
